Las nominaciones para los Premios Globos de Oro 2016 acaban de salir a la luz pública este jueves, siendo la película con más nominaciones “Carol”.
La ceremonia de los Premios Globo de Oro, que reconocen la excelencia de profesionales en cine y televisión, será celebrada el próximo 10 de enero 2016, en el Beverly Hilton de Los Ángeles, día en que se competirán la faja a Mejor Película Dramática “Carol”, “El Renacido”, “Mad Max: Furia en el camino”, “Room” y “Spotlight”.
El drama sobre la homosexualidad “Carol”, protagonizado por Cate Blanchett y Rooney Mara, cuenta con cinco nominaciones en estos premios, porque además de competir en el renglón Mejor Película Dramática también lo hará en las categorías de Mejor Director, Mejor Actriz Dramática (dos nominaciones) y Música Original.
Cate Blanchett y Rooney Mara (“Carol”) se disputarán el trofeo como Mejor Actriz Dramática junto a Brie Larson (“Room”), Saoirse Ronan (“Brooklyn”) y Alicia Vikander (“The Danish Girl”).
En cuatro categorías se enfrentaran la comedia “The Big Short”, “Steve Jobs” y “El Renacido”, último film del cineasta mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu.
Leonardo DiCaprio, en representación de “El Renacido”, va por la victoria frente a Bryan Cranston (“Trumbo”), Michael Fassbender (“Steve Jobs”), Eddie Redmayne (“The Danish Girl”) y Will Smith (“Concussion”).
“Empire” y “Game of Thrones” han sido nominadas en la categoría de Mejor Serie Dramática, en la que también competirán “Mr. Robot”, “Narcos” y “Outlander”.
“Transparent” y “Orange is The New Black” fueron nominadas a Mejor Serie de Comedia o Musical, junto a “Casual”, “Mozart in the Jungle”, “Silicon Valley” y “Veep”.
Los latinos, representados por Gina Rodríguez, Óscar Isaac y Gael García Bernal, son nominados por sus interpretaciones en “Jane The Virgin”, “Show Me a Hero” y “Mozart In The Jungle”, según lo anunciado por la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (HFPA).
